What is a Prayer Beeper?

It's nice to know that your brothers and sisters in Christ are praying for your needs!

However, wouldn't it be nice to feel that support as well, in a real way?

That is what our prayer beepers aim to do.  When someone is in need of the healing power of prayer we can assign them a prayer beeper.  We let the prayer warriors of LCC know who this beeper will be encouraging and a little about what to pray for.  Then whenever a prayer is lifted up they can call that number to let the current beeper holder know that they are being prayed for.

I can tell you from experience that feeling the beeper go off throughout the day is incredibly uplifting.  It can happen at the most unexpected moment, but when you feel that encouragement, you can't help but thank God for the love he has given us and the great cloud of witnesses he has sent to surround you in your hours of greatest need.
